OK so this is like a gelatin mixed with pudding thing that is strawberry flavored. Inaaga A is a Japanese gelatin made with agar agar that is unflavored. Since it’s made with agar agar you don’t have to worry about it containing pork or other animal bi-products. If you are unable to find agar agar products near you you could use an unflavored gelatin, though when I lived in rural Pennsylvania with a Muslim stepfather and mother who was pretty much kosher we were able to find products that we could use for poke cakes. 
If you are a vegan or lactose intolerant you could also probably substitute it with a milk alternative. You could also probably do it sugar free by using Stevia… idk I may try to play around with the basics of this to see what I can get.
Right, sorry that I am babbling so much with these recipes and things but I figure with food it’s a good idea to give people some other ideas due to dietary restrictions.

This is probably wrong… but I did try to get the conversions as accurate as I could and double checked the recipe stuff with similar recipes in English. Also yep the icing recipe does call for raw egg whites and should be stored accordingly. I found an alternative recipe from the Martha Stewart site that used meringue power instead so if your someone who has a compromised immune system or a fear of certain bacterical food born illnesses you can check that out instead.
Oh also if you need self rising flour you can make it via this here how to on allrecipes.com.
I do plan on doing the other recipes from the Mook though honestly these things are so much harder for me to do then for the beauty ones… probably because i never actually bothered to learn vocabulary for cooking stuff and just the names of Japanese foods. :/
